Tavern

The tavern at the complex is in the typical Bansko style. It has 120 seats, live orchestra, two fireplaces, cable TV, central heating.

The menu list offers exquisite cuisine of the local region, including but not limited to kapama, choumlek, Katino meze, sausages, bloodsausages, brakada, and lamb on charcoal.

The inside and outside barbecue gives the option for preparation of excellent meat meals to go with the fine wines and brandies served in the tavern.
